Cig realty! We thought we had found an answer to our credit issues, needing to rebuild credit and buy a home, we went through 3 houses and 5000 down payment, $260 for inspection just to find out each house was sold out from under us due to them not returning calls, low balling offers or just ignoring the realty company that was selling the house! 15 days before i can get my money back (I can tell this will be a problem)
