ASC-left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing at my expense!

I was put on a 6 month repayment plan with no grace period in order to get approved for a loan modification. At the end of the 6 month period I was approved for the modification and signed the contract. ASC says they didn't receive the signed modification. I tried for the next 4 months to straighten that out.

Meanwhile the 1st month they insist that I send $1500 to keep them from foreclosing in the next 45 days. The 2nd month they want $1000 the 3rd month they foreclosed with repayment plans that they refused to honor, a signed loan modification (which I have a copy of), and no election and demand recorded. Now they want me to move out of MY HOME or redeem at a ridiculous price of $106,998.

The balance of loan approx $94889.00, my house is worth and would appraise for $115,000.00 the loan modification had a capitalization amount of $6198.00 bringing the new balance to approx $101,800. All I want is them to honor the loan modification.
