Abusive front dest clerk

We bought nascar racing experience with 2 nights at Aqua Beach Inn in Mrytle Beach South carolina. We checked in put our bags and chihuahua in the room and went to dinner across the street. We came back to the room in an hour the front desk clerk JUDITH (horrible person) called and asked do we have a pet? I said yes why? She stated we have a no pet policy and you get rid of it now. My 17 year old 10 pound rescue dog! Really? She said take it to the pound or whatever she did not care. I said i did not know about your no pet policy and i will call Livingsocial to get another hotel. "She said on Memorial Day weekend: I dont' think so" I said are you the manager she said no but my manager stands behind me. There was no answer on internet or phone from living social. I searched other hotels in the area and found one 10 miles down the road that allowed my pet and the customer service was wonderful. I went down to "JUDITH" and told her i needed someone to check my room so there would be no charges. She threatened fumigation, defleaing... Etc. She walked up to the room with me i told her i would never pay money for someone to scream at me the way she did she said ya ya it's always the hotels fault, i said it's not the hotels fault, it your fault for such a bad attitude... She said you may be on vacation but I'm not. DUh. This is your job!!! She said the room was fine. We walked downstairs together i put my key on the counter she said GOOD RIDANCE!!! Really!!! I PAID FOR ANOTHER HOTEL, WENT THROUGH THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURES FOR A REFUND. Living social said no, there is a no refund policy. Do not waster your money... You can find a better deal booking it yourself... When the agent from livingsocial called me back i said would you pay to stay with someone to treat you like this i said i dont think so. He agreed but would not give me a refund do not stay at aqua beach inn in mrytle beach sc
