Living Social Con Artists - Salishan Resort on the Oregon Coast

Just to add to the chorus of complaints...
I bought my S.O. Two one night "Deals" at Salishan Resort on the Oregon Coast for Christmas. The "Deal" was for a "Premier" room, which is supposedly their best, next to the suites. We arrived to find a stinking, dirty, rotting room, with broken down, stained, torn furniture, moss growing on the windows, and a bed that I literally was afraid to go near, much less sleep in. We asked for another room and found the same. So we refused to stay.
LivingSocial refuses my refund request because we didn't cancel our reservation 72 hours in advance!!! Wtf! The pictures of the rooms presented with the "Deal" were pristine, beautiful rooms. But what we got was disgusting! I've presented the view that the deal was a fraud, based on misrepresentation of the accomodations, but it appears LivingSocial is in on it, because they just don't give a damn.
This attitude and behavior is systemic with LivingSocial. They are con artists.
Do Not Buy LivingSocial "Deals". They are theives.
Now Living Social refuses my refund request because we didn't cancel our stay 72 hours of our reservation!
