I clicked on Help on my computer and got these people who told me they were certified Microsoft technicians showing me they were BBB members with an A rating. Ha! I have had nothing but trouble with my computer since I paid them. I was foolish enough to pay with my bank card so I probably won't get my money back. Maybe this will save others from their scam.
