Ripoff they protect the seller but not the buyers

I just recieved an order for two ionic air purifiers that i found on ebay. The company that sent these items to me is DWORLD2005 or 3Q located in Washington and Canada. The items looked nothing like the picture on ebay, they were junk, tiny, very noisey (they claimed they are silent). The packaging was ridiculas.
I contacted the company and made my complaints, they told me i had 7 days to get the items back to them or i could not recieve my refund, they also informed me that i could not get back the shipping of $29.00, I must also pay for the return shipping another $29.00, so Im out $60.00.

I am very upset at this whole ebay thing, I think ebay and their sellers have a very good scam going on.
Think about it!

The sellers can sell about anything they want to sell and it is a buyer beware, ebay doesnt take any responsibility for the seller or his items, even if the seller has exagerated or flat out lied about the products.

The seller can take as long as they want to send you the items and they can do a lousey packaging job and the buyer has to accept it, again ebay does nothing to protect the buyer. If you are unhappy with the item, sure you can return it but there are all kinds of rules you must follow that apparentlty do not apply to the seller. Rules: ebay
1. You only have 7 days to repack the items, take them to UPS, stand in line, and pay to have them shipped back to the seller, if it does not arrive withing 7 days you do not get your refund.
2. If anything is missing like a manual you do not get a refund.
3. If anything in the package you return is danaged during the shipping you do not get a refund, even though the seller sends items not packed correctly.
4. If you return an item you found on ebay you will lose the shipping fees you paid, plus you must now pay a second shipping fee to return the items, the buyer loses both ways. The seller loses nothing and ebay loses nothing. Ebay and the seller are in a win win position, the buyer loses all the way around, the buyer is taking all the risks and spending all the money.
My advice for you the buyers and for myself is:
A) dont buy from ebay, they dont care about the buyer, do it the old fashioned way go to your local store and buy your items.
B) dont buy from DWORLD sometimes called 3q's located in Washinton state and Canada
C) dont buy this piece of junk so called ionic air purifier called the "3Q Electrostate Ionic Air Purifier", its noisey, and a piece of plastic junk. Go to your local store and buy a real Ionic Air Purifier.
