It's a felony in the State of California to call California Homeowners to offer them mortgage assistance and charge money upfront. This company is a scam and you should NOT EVER give them money. They are also flagrant and reckless, knowing all too well that this activity is a felony in California. Complaints are building against them all over the internet. They have taken thousands of dollars upfront and not provided the promised mortgage relief. This company will be reported to the California State Attorney General's office this week!
