Miscellaneous

In response to a pop-up while on a Costco website on 10/5, I was offered as a gift an option to try Anana Skin cream for the price of shipping ($2.95). There was no obvious mention that I was signing up to a contract or that I had to return the item within 15 days and that I would be charged $89.95 and be enrolled in a monthly shipment.
When a $89.95 charge appeared on my card on 10/22, I called them to request that my card be credited as I had not agreed to anything but to try a free product in lieu of $2.95 shipping, I was told that all their instructions were on a website and I should have read them.
There is a very "legal" looking document on their web but it was never part of the original offer.
I looked at my Order Confirmation email from them and in it is a statement that says "Your enrolment in the ANANA Trial provides you with product each and every month!"
I never enrolled in anything and the scam is that they will make it sound like it is a free trial offer for $2.95 shipping and than charge you for the item and enroll you without your permission.
I called my credit card company and had the charge removed from my account.
