IQderma Glow.com
Charged $96.35 for an item item that was supposed to cost $3.95!

Miscellaneous

The initial email offer was to try their skin product for "free" (just pay $3.95 s/h). I agreed to accept offer (i.E. Spend $4 on a pig in a polk). It wasn't until I rec'd my bank statement (about 60 days later) that I discovered they had charge my credit card $96.35!

When I called the company, they claimed it was a trial offer, and that the small print had stated I must return the product within 30 days, in order NOT to be charged an additional $96.35.

I can promise you that was NOT stated in the original offer. I'm a grumpy, 66 year old, distrusting and frugal gentlemen. I learned a long time ago, to read the small print. But, I can only read it, if it is there! In this case, it was NOT there!

After googling, I now see they have pulled this same scam on many others. I also see (now) that the $96.35 fee is mentioned on their web site. But, it was NOT mentioned in the original email offer, and it was not included in the shipping invoice!

I'm hoping my credit card company can do something about it. There was a time (in this country), when scam artists and crooks like this company would be brought to trial!

My advice, avoid this company like the plaque!
