My small business was subcontracted by 365 Electrician Inc. To do work for Tyco I S (formerly ADT Commercial Security). These people at 365 appear to be the most disorganized, inept people I've ever encountered in all my years of business.in fact, an example form they sent me was not blank but had been partially filled out by a subcontractor company in another state and in the comments field it basically read "stopped work for non-payment".

I accepted work from them for nine weeks, threatened to stop work twice due to non-payment for services rendered and finally did stop work on October 12. I was eventually paid for the first five weeks but it took them several weeks and two wrong check amounts to do that. Now they don't return calls, are apparently being scrutinized by Tyco I S for all the reports of non-payment of subcontractors in other areas of the nation as well.

I received a check yesterday which had dates of service all messed up and it was roughly $2500 but they me over $3500, no surprise there! Going today to get the paperwork to file a small claims case against them. These people make the Keystone Cops look organized.
