This company does not pay their subcontractors for the work they do. They owe me more than $8000

We began working with Regis Development Inc, which is contracted through LPS Field Services. We do preservation work on foreclosed properties that are primarily bank owned.
We started in September with Regis. We did more than 150 work orders on 78 properties.
Our total earnings were $10,500 and they have only paid us $2500.

I want to let other small businesses know about this because it is a poor business model to not pay subcontractors, and this can put many small business owners out of business.

We are going to start litigation soon.
