Ordered a TV box set for my father over two months ago and have still received nothing. The website states that shipping is 2-4 weeks. After that period I emailed and was told 3-6 weeks. Waited again, and nothing. Got in contact again and like everyone else it seems, received the line about customs and $18. Am convinced it's a scam and there are no DVDs being delivered - even though they've done a good job at making the website look legit. I am determined to keep putting pressure on them until I receive a refund and will go to the police if my complaint is not settled satisfactorily.
