Ordered box sets of DVDs from them. They sent us pirated copies Ontario

Kangaroo Dvd strikes again. A family member ordered 3 box sets from them in good faith in late November. They show genuine dvds on their website and strongly promote themselves as an Australian online store. THEY ARE NOT! The package arrived... From Canada! And the contents were not as we ordered, but are PIRATED copies. We have emailed them twice voicing our displeasure and asking for our money back... To no avail. Looks like we've done our dough! Don't get ripped off like we have been. Kangaroo Dvd is a scam of a very clever nature. They hide what and where they
really are. Online searches have found that the parent company of this operation is Xeo Vent, based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. That's the name of the company our payment went to. Xeo Vent also run
a website of similar dubious nature. Kangaroo Dvd's name is splashed over several other complaints sites including usacomplaints.com. Buyer beware!!
