While browsing ebay for dvds, I came across a sponsored link for a company called kangaroo dvd. Thinking this was an Australian company, I browsed their site and found a boxed set of the television show I was searching for. I ordered a set and paid for it using my son's credit card. Shortly after I received an email from the company with an order number and notification that my dvds were on their way. After a few weeks, I hadn't recived anything, so I sent them an email and was informed that my order had cleared customs and I should have it within a week. A week went by and still nothing, so I sent another email. They replied and appologised for the delay, another will be shipped to me express mail. Three weeks later and still nothing. Another email to them and another appology from them.in total I have sent them a total of 13 emails. On the 18 October, I sent them an email asking for a total refund, and thats when they stopped responding to me. The last 5 emails I sent them all asked for a refund, and all were ignored by kangaroo dvd.
