Was in need of a loan, when I received a phone call fro the eloan website. Rick Foster told me that I was approved for a loan for $2100.00 and which I was only needing $500.00. I told him that and he said that it was no problem. Rick Foster told me that all I needed to do is to buy a green dot card and place $200.00 for the loan process and then to erase the green dot number and fax to him, which I did...

He told me to go to Western Union to get the money and when I got there, the card was blocked and there were no finds! I called him and he said that their computer had went down that he forgot to tell me that I also needed another $397.00 to get the money. I did!

Went to western union to get my money and the same thing happened!!! Well, the police were called, report was filed, and he has scammed several people... Know, he has all my information, including my personal information! Never trust anybody!!!
