Ripoff promised a loan after paying for insurance and never sent the money

I have bad credit and was trying to find a loan to pay off some bills. I looked online and applied on several sites. I got a call from a man named Rick Foster from Midland Financial saying I was approved for $6,000.
Since I had bad credit, I had 3 options to securemy loan. Collateral, co-signor or purchase insurance. Well my only option was to purchase the insurance. I had to Western Union $555 to Jamaica and after it was received I would have the money in 2-3 days. I was faxed copies of the contract which I signed and faxed back. I also had to fax a copy of my social security card, pay stubs and I.D.

I western unioned the money on a Tuesday. They picked it up Wednesday and I received a call from their customer service department on Thursday. He said I would have the money on Monday. It is now Wednesday and no money.
I keep trying to call but no one answers in the customer service department. I contacted Rick again and was assured that Jason (from customer service) had been out sick and would be contating me. He still hasn't.

They keep stringing me along hoping I will give up. I'm not sure if they are legitimate or not, but they are ver bad at dealing with customers an I would advise that NO ONE sends them money.
