Disgusting, roach & rat infested property in irving tx

Horrible... This placed should be CONDEMED. Mad roach infestations and bed bug are a HUGE problem.

I have a copy of my lease and ALL docs signed. They said they spray every wednesday with the exception of the 4th wednesday. Liars. I have been here 13 months and they came once at my request. I have started talking to residents, writting Corporate, writing TAA, and all agencies about the conditions of this property, residents health concerns, their contract and how they fail to uphold their committments yet are quick to send you letters and/or fine you for alleged "violations".

We have the right as tenants to have honest and reliable office personnels and will not be held accountable for their part in breaking the legal and binding contract.

They list fees associated with your move out and what they will charge you YET they should be charged for what they haven't done or repaired.
