The Lynd Co.- Timber Links Apartments This is the worse place. Not Honest at all!

I should have known and went some place else when I was to move in on May 10 and they gave me the key at the office I had already had the electric changed over and here went to the apartment and there where still ones living there (I could have been shot). So was not able to move in til June 1st and the carpets had not been cleaned. There have been problems with the windows not locking. My car window was broke out and stuff taken out of my car.
Then we had been told before the lease was signed that we got free got to residents and free basic cable now they are charging to play golf and $45.00 for cable. I ask Leah how they could do that since the lease is not yet up she said because we did not put that in the lease. But verbal is still binding if we all would fight this.
Also I only signed a 6months lease that is up Nov. 30. Now they say that I have to give them 60 days and sign a new lease. I told them no it says month to month.
