What a joke, this hotel is. My wife and I have gone to hundreds. When my wife fell tile, water or water ever and cracked the back of her head. She became unconscious. She came to bleeding and incoherent. There was blood on the door. What kind of establishnment has no security? Did any check to see if there was a murder with all the noise and commotion of the fall? She was so upset to have ruined our vacation. Yet who ruined it? She had called before to complain about noisey fan and how you had to turn off the a.C. So it didnt make noise — hottt.
We were told no accident report was available, there is no such thing, every company in the world has one. They blew us off and we had to go back home. Bad mistake, real class act places make it up. We had a bad stay with food poisening. We got a free stay to come back they were soo sorry. We go to that hotel every year, its nice and they showed they cared. This place not only wants people to not come, they are not professional and if they want a lawyer to get involved, due to their negigence this is what they are saying, and all they had to do was be a professional caring business. I will be complaining to the proper authoorites who deal with this if no response - (Personal Information Removed)
