We booked on groupon. We booked for friday, saturday, and left sunday. I have a kidney transplant and my daughter was coming to see us. We were so excited since my days can be trying, plus we love to see our daughter. They charged us a cleaning supply on our card after we leftas well! The fan was broken, the air conditioner had to either be hot and quiet... Or turn cold and it made noises all night.!!! To make matters worse, my wife slipped on the leaky fridge water cracking her head on a point on a table. She was knocked unconsious and bleeding and when she came to she had not only a lump on her skull but horrible headache, not to mention the vacation ruined due to their poor condition of room (leaky fridge, fan, a.C. No maid service, yet charged 46 dollars for it. We called and complained about these things three times. The worker on call said the manager never was there everytime we called. We lost money, vacation time and when asked for a accident report checking out!!! They said come back in three days. (we are out of town we dont live there - we called to say mail it. The manager said they didnt have accident reports. This is unlawful. If my wife were to have problems, like the double vision she had yesterday, we are going to sue. Give us our money back.!!!
