Before approaching the finish of my agreement I never had a criticism about Welcome Truck. Our agreement was up in Sept and that I desired to try various way of marketing. I named in July to stop, talked to some guy who requested if there is something they might alter to preserve us, I rejected and believed that was that.in September, I named to make sure that the ultimate payment was removed, and quit a voicemail, when I couldn't reach anybody. I called again 24 hours later, no solution. I subsequently delivered 2 emails without any reaction. Amazingly, after our agreement had "car-renewed" I obtained a contact from Linda Farley declaring that it had been too late, they've no report of our July telephone call and also the consideration had renewed. The very best she can offer me was a six-month agreement at half-price (exactly the same promotion being agreed to new customers). I am scared that in 6 months, this individual wont occur and I'll be caught permanently. Consider some obligation! I've submitted grievances using their corporate workplace, the BBB and our Condition's Lawyer... Stay tuned in for an update!
