I ordered a blu-ray in June from the HD-DVD web site because they advertised the title while nobody else seemed to have it. My credit card was charged. When nothing arrived after a few weeks, I called them, and they said it was on "pre-order" and when the blu-ray actually was released, it would be sent. Or, they would substitute another title if I wanted. I said I'd wait. Well the movie still has not been released on blu-ray and I called HD-DVD World and told them I wanted to substitute the title for another. The person on the other end of the line didn't ask pertinent questions, just said it would be sent. I asked for a confirmation email and he agreed one would be sent. Of course, it never came. After a week I emailed them to tell them I have no confirmation, but never received an answer. I'm still trying to reach them. This definitely is a shady enterprise. Be careful.
