Very rude treatment

I was transferred to Mr. Ciafre after having a serious non compliance and discrimination issue with PHA and HUD. After attempting to explain the situation to Mr. Ciafre I was told he would do nothing for me without looking up my case or the titles and guidelines I provided which proved my case. He was very rude and condescending and even laughed while telling me he would do nothing to help. Roger Ciafre is a HORRIBLE representation of PHA. He needs training on the laws and guidelines of PHA as well a serious training in customer service skills.
