Stealing from customer bank accts

I went to reg for an acct and couldn't finish or browse to bid because they said i had purchased a "pkg" when the only thing i looked at was a mixer and wanted a laptop i had no password yet i couldn't even post this w/o a psswrd so i went to my email and in my msgs there was a email saying they had purchased a pkg of 250 bids for $99 for me i don't won't it, i don't need it, i didn't ask for it so please refund my funds in my acct immediately!!!
