Unauthorized funds charged to my checking acct

I was curious about this site so I went there. I do not ever attend auctions because I am afraid of buying something I don't want. All I did was look and gave my email address. I have full and sane knowledge that I never gave Xbids any financial information or creditials. I looked and left. Next thing I know I get an email saying you have been charged $75.00 for bidding. I never indicated I wanted to join or purchase bids. I went to website and canceled immediately upon receiving email from Xbids. I do not know how you can cancel something you never indicated you wanted to join! I received another email from Xbids saying my complaint had been resolved. You cannot reach them by phone, message says go to website. I can't login since I canceled.in these hard times, how can a company be so cruel to take your money? I want my $75 back!
