Unauthorized Funds Taken

I hit bid on a kindle for$16, and before I could blink they instantly had sent me to accounts, so I start to fill out my acct.info. And decide that it is just to much for me at the time, arthritis/fibromyalga, so I called to have them cancell my acct. Now they say I have to email them to do that. Mind you, I never purchased anything. So I email them to close my acct. And go about my day.

As I tried to make a purchase at the Dollar Tree for things, meds, that I'm to poor to buy at a regular store, disability pays me little to live on, My card is rejected, and I knew that I had $ in my account. It was very embarassing. I quickly called my bank only to find out $99 had been taken from me without my consent. I don't even know what it was used for? I called bidracks # and they play stupid? And have me email the co. About this, and I did. I hope they do the right thing, because tomorrow it all starts, bank, news, and the BBB already has red flagged them! Comsumers BEWARE! Wish me luck?
