They took 3000.00 with false advertising no modification took place. My house is in foreclosure because of derek smith and liz go mes we were pre approved for this supposedley. They took advantage of my husband he was not in his right state of mind he was on a new deppression pill derek smith knew this i his wife told derek smith about the situation they still convince him to send a check for 1,500 then another check for 1,500 in october nothing was done. Realty law center took my husband deppression and dignity and made him a joke of the office thank you and god bless derek smith
