Yes unforunately I trusted this company to help me get the negative equity and to stop forecloser on my country wide then B of A loan. Derek Smith is my case worker. So I sent money plus all my finacial information. So in the contract it stated that in five days i could change my mind then get a full refund. I decided I wanted to cancel called on fourth day to cancel. Called Derek left messages no response then I got mad called left message I want to cancel contract for full refund on 1-25-12. Finally on 1-26-12 in the evening a woman named Jennifer called me back I explained I want to cancel contract and that this was the last day. She told me she would E-mail Derek to call me he never did.! -27-12 spent most of the day leaving message with no response. Monday I am contacting the district attorney's office to file charges if I don't get a response. So thats were I stand feeling like a fool that has possibly been scammed
