I received information from this law firm that they could help me reduce the payments on my mortgage. I was NOT delinquent at the time, just struggling. Derek Smith convinced me that their firm could reduce my payments so I should stop paying the bank. After taking my $3000 they have done NOTHING to help me. I have reported this firm to www.preventloanscams.org and am preparing to report them to the California Bar Association. Whatever you do, if you get information from these people, run as fast as you can in the opposite directions. This firm is nothing but a scam. Derek Smith is a very charming LIAR!!!
