Ordered item, received 10 days later, on 10/15 had 99.67 as pending transaction from bank, called company asking why i was being charged this amount, saleslady said because it was posted on web that was a subscription to a service (this was the first time i found this out) i said i wanted a full refund and to cancel the subscription, she said she could not give me a refund and she would cancel the subscription, i asked to speak to a supervisor, she said okay and came back later offering me a "deal" of just charging me around $40 for the e-cigs, i said i needed full refund so i could get my meds, get me a supervisor, a few min later she came back on and said she could get me around $79 back, i said no i want the full amount & i want to talk to a supervisor, she came back on stating that she could give me a refund only if i returned the items, i said fine, she gave me return authorization. Next day i look at bank and pending post of 99.67 was removed. On 10/17 99.67 was back as a recurring payment. I tried to call and there was no ring for them. I made claim with BBB and bank.
