I bought two products from this company. Like everyone who purchased from this company, I only had to pay for postage. Then two weeks later, my account was debited AUS$75.69 on 14.12.11. Also on 19.12.11, my account was debited a further AUS $80.82. I have only just found out tonight that by reading this company's "Term & Conditions", did I find out that I had entered into a 'subscription' type thing. After a trial period of 16 days, they will debit your bank account for the full amount of the product. Then every month after that, they will continue to send you products and debit your account for the full price. You must ring this company and CANCEL your subscription.in the "Terms & Conditions", it has a 24hr/7daysupport Hotline that you can call on 1 855 843 3434. I called this number tonight. I had DEMANDED a full refund, in which I am now going to receive with 7-10 days. They will provide you with a cancellation number and a refund number. Write these numbers down. Be very firm when demanding a FULL REFUND. The lady tried to offer me only a 50% refund. I got extremely irrate with this lady and demanded a full refund, as their website did not clearly state anywhere, that I was entering into a subscription type thing. Mind you, this lady on the phone also tried to sell me another product... Can you believe that? Be firm my friends and get your FULL REFUND! Ring the number I provided.
