They claimed that an over-usage of electricity caused a flat with 2 occupants to exceed the £1000 electricity budget for a 1 year period by an additional £800 which was conveniently the value of both deposits. The only evidence was a sheet of paper with 2 ridiculous figures of "meter readings" provided by Rivendale Estates, who failed to show an actual bill from the electricity provider despite several requests.
