I saw their ad on TV and requested a quote for my TMobile MyTouch 3G - they said they would offer $16 so I accepted that, as it is an old phone and I don't need it. With the $10 bonus code, that brought my total to $26. I received the packet in the mail, sent it back - and a month later still had heard nothing. I began contacting them in September and by September 19th I was sending multiple emails and have spoke with multiple over-the-computer customer service reps, but have not been able to speak to anyone in person as of today, October 16th. Over the computer they changed their story and said they don't accept my phone - so I asked where my phone was and why it hasn't been returned to me. They stole my cell phone and refuse to communicate with me it's whereabouts and why I have not received it back almost *4* MONTHS later!!! This "company" is a joke!!!
