In early-September, I filled out their form to sell my HTC Touch cell phone to them - they had quoted me $156.00. Took two weeks to get the box they finally sent me, and I mailed the phone to them on the 24th of September. They acknowledged receipt on Sept. 27th. I have heard nothing from Hello Totem since. Despite trying to call them (can't speak with anybody) and email them (they do not reply back), I have received nothing. The customer service line is only a voicemail because all their "representatives" are "assisting other customers". They stole my phone and refuse to send my money. I am Filing a complaint against them with both the BBB and CA / AZ Atty General Offices after this.
