Hello totem
Scam rip off

My i phone was broken. So i decided to sell it to hello totem because i did not want to keep a phone that didn't work. I got on the hello totem web site and followed all of the instructions inside. I sent the phone in September and 2 months later no phone or check or anything. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls to hello totem. No response. After 2 months i finally received a email asking me if I wanted to get my phone back or take the payment. I asked for my phone back. As of today December 18th no phone. Hello totem is the biggest rip off i have ever seen. This is beyond ridiculous. Never again!
