Rips off paying customers without a care in the world Ripoff

I purchased a computer for 600.00 in june of it was a top of the line e machines from best buy.in 4 months the power supply had blown 4 times and the mother board needed to be replaced. I sent it in for repair yet again in september.in october they sent me the wrong computer and sent mine to a man in jefferson city, missourri. The company e machines didnt even bother to notify me of the mishap, the other customer notified me!!! I sent his computer back to the company at their request on October 9. It is now November the 9th and i have been without my computer since september. All emachines will say is they are still trying to figure out what to do about the situation. This computer is my livly hood, this is how i provide for my 2 kids and pay all my bills!!! They refuse to replace the computer (my computer that the man never sent back in).
