Ordered caravan cover on 30/09 and paid by Credit Card. Company stated 3 to 5 days delivery which did not happen, Sent 2 emails and made 2 phone calls no response. Found on Google that Company address was a private house. Emailed company seeking resonse and threatening with the authorities. Reply received stating that delivery would be made on the following Thursday which I informed them would be my deadline as I needed it for the weekend. Then they informed me that parcel had been dispatched and offered to supply tracking number with Parcel Post. When I asked them to supply this number they came up with an excuse that it had not been down loaded on their system so couldn't comply.
No delivery on Thursday so I cancelled the order and asked for my money to be returned Heard nothing since and have referred matter to my Bank
