I rented a house in July from Mr. Jemison. It turned out to have a back door lock which was broken, sinks which backed up because of a septic tank violation in contravention of Department of Health laws, a stove top which did not light, exposed electrical wiring and now a propane furnance which goes off at night and has to be restarted by emergency restart button in the morning. I and my 3 dogs, parrot and cat were exposed to 22 temperatures in Saranac Lake, NY in the Adirondack Mountains.

He advertised the house on Craig;s List and I have reported him to them as well.
