Don't ever use this company!

Stay away from this company!!!
After a cleaning a spare key was missing from on top of our fridge. I called them when we discovered the key was missing which was around 5:30 on a Friday. They owners were out of the office by then but I was told by their answering service that they would call and email the manager to let her know of the problem. The entire weekend went by without a word. When I called back Monday morning to complain and to say how upset I was that someone had our key for 3 days all I got back was how the owners were away for the weekend on vacation and how could I expect them to deal with it. The owners tone was so condescending and berating I was in shock. He would say things like: "they have other things to deal with" and "they know I just want to call and talk". I finally hung up without ever getting the chance to say what a poor job their cleaning people did.in some cases just wiping tables off with out moving things off the table to clean and in other cases missing entire table tops. It was obvious that there was no "real" cleaning and that it was surface cleaning only and from what we saw, sometimes not even that!
Never, ever, use this company.
As an addition to my note. I just heard back from the company.in an even more condescending tone, I was told that the cleaners never touched my key that was under the mat. Problem was, that from the beginning, I told him that the key in question was on top of my fridge and we were the only ones who knew it was there. He responded by saying that they probably didn't even clean there (which is unbelievable statement to make by the owner of a cleaning company) and that there was no way anyone could have accidently put the key in their pocket while they cleaned. Well, they did clean on top of our fridge because half of it was clean and the other half had dust on it. This is how I was treated by the owner, (whom if you call to leave a message you get his message saying: " don't leave a message because I don't listen to them"), I kid you not!
I can truly say that I have never been subject to such poor customer service and there is no doubt that this company does not deserve to be in business.
