I had purchased a Hyundai Sonata on 9.16.2011. I realized that the dealership had added a extended warranty to the price. I subsequently went to Ron Carter to remove the same. They had agreed to do so but to date they have not done so. I had written to them on 10.3.2011 requesting to remove the warranty and again they agreed to do so. I have followed up the matter with a few visits to them to remove the warranty and also wrote to them by registered post on 7.31.2012 advising them to remove the warranty otherwise I shall take action against them. Would request you to please intervene so that the matter can be solved as soon as possible.
