I received an email from this person via cupid.com we chatted for a while and he asked for help paying the taxes on a plane ticket. I checked out the ticket, which was valid, but not verified (?) I sent him the money. Then he just kept asking for more and more money in larger amounts. This last amount he wanted me to send $15000. I have saved all emails and chats.
