Ripped me off, charged my credit card, never shipped the parts Houston Texas

On October 30th I ordered parts from this company, on Nov 2nd they charged my credit card $167. On monday Nov. 6th I called looking for a tracking number and was told I would get a phone call by the end of the day. No call...

On thursday nov 9th I called to find out where my parts were and was told that they were still on the dock and had not been shipped yet but that they would go out friday nov. 10th.

I called and sent emails on Friday saturday monday and tuesday looking for a tracking number. On tuesday afternoon I got an email from someone at a different email address than the one this company uses and was told " your order cannot be filled, your credit card has been refunded"

Well as of the creation of this report I have still not gotten my money back, I am working with my bank to have the CC charges reversed but that has a fee associated with it so it will cost me something to get this fixed.

Be aware that this is not a reputable company and I would never do business with them.
