Ibiza House Hunters
E unjustified complaint

I have had the pleasure of renting out my property in Ibiza through Ibiza House Hunter for the last 6 years.

I have absolute faith and confidence in Marc and his staff. He is meticulous in his attention to detail and takes great pride in his work and the upkeep in all the properties.

The properties are inspected prior to the guests arrival in order that high standards are maintained. They are also inspected when a guest leaves to protect the interests of the owners.

If there has been a problem, these are dealt with immediately causing the minimum of distrubance to the guest.

I can only imagine that if a deposit has not been returned to someone then the costs of repair must have outweighed the amount of the deposit that had been left.
