Cheat, lie, steal RIPOFF! Landlords steal security deposit!

Beware of renting properties from Kitty Equities, Pam and/or Stewart Greenstein of North Miami FL. I was a tenant at a single family house that they owned and had a great relationship UNTIL I notified them that I was leaving the premises — THEN it was ALL business.

In 12 months they never paid a single visit to the property for maintenance, only after withholding rent for repairs did they take notice and have someone half A#ed trim the trees, but still did not landscape.

I requested a meeting prior to lease end to review the property for potential deductions to the security deposit. Pam said she didn't imagine anything would be deducted then suddenly not only do I not receive any security deposit, but they are trying to get me to pay for things that would be considered IMPROVEMENTS from how it was when i moved in

The bottom line is protect your interests - these are not good people and do not be fooled into thinking so. Their transactions are 100% business and they will find a way to keep all of your money. At the end of the day it isn't worth the legal fees to fight for a few hundred dollars — but it doesn't make it right. Thieves, crooks, liars, cheap inconsiderate people!!!

They also own Shortys Barbq in miami. Do not give them your business.
