Sept. 22. L2, I signed up for protection as I was told I had problems and filled out all spaces, including my credit card number, which you billed me for on that date, but you have not given me credit for it, and it keeps coming up on my computer that I still have the problems and wanting me to fill out all the spaces again. Please check this out for me, and give me the credit I have paid for. Thank you, in advance. Dollar amount billed was $39.94.
