Customer service cancelled

We purchased a bedroom set from Living Spaces today and we signed where we were told we would have our stuff between 6pm and 10pm. I called the phone number listed to call when I spea with "Tom" who says the cashier made the delivery date for July 5, not today July 5.

Tom gave me 1 time frame for delivery the next day but it was already late in the day nothing before 6pm. I said that I would have to consider calcelling the order, he said Ok I will cancell it then. He said you paid with an instore credit card, i will refund the money. I said I had paid by check. Ok well the customer service will have to reissue a check to you, and hug up the phone.
I called back to just be hung up on again. Called back the 3rd time to be told by Johnny that Tom is the supervisor and when I call back to complain to corporate Tom will still be a supervisor.

I will never buy anything there again
