Scam... Beware... Dallas

I had filled out one of those forms for cash advance... After I did this 3 days later I was billed 31.85 by ID Theft Protection... And it was a check. I don't write checks... My bank told me that it was a ghost check that is used by merchants to send a check I had written electronically. I advised them I don't write checks and never have on this account. That I didn't know these people and didn't intentially sign up.

I found the website and cancelled and requested a refund. They declined the refund said that I signed up on my computer so I had to pay it. I told their live chat people that I had never been on their site before... I was told that if I filled out a form for a cash advance then I signed up for this as well... That I should have opted out... I told them I would have if I had seen a place to opt out or anything that said I was signing up...

My bank won't let me dispute this because it showed up as a check. Something is wrong here when these internet people can write a ghost check on your account by getting your info from another source.
