Injury from poor service

Grand Ambulette was hire to transport an elderly, wheelchair bound woman, my mother, to a local hospital for an exam. We infromed the service they must send two people to carry her down two flights of stairs. This was made known to them on several occasions, including the weekend prior to the pickup, and the day before. On all occasions they confirmed they would sent two people. On the morning of 10/2, only one person came. As we were pressed for time, I had to help the driver carry my mother. Three steps from the bottom, the driver moved a little too fast and I lost my balance and fell. My mother was uninjured, but I broke both bones in my right forearm - near the wrist. If they had sent two experienced people, as promised, this accident could have been avoided. Further, for the return trip, again only one person came, even though I reminded them we would need two, and they confirmed this. As a result of their not following through on their promises, I have a painful broken arm, which interferes with with my work and personal life.
