Auto Owners commited fraud to get out of paying fair settlement

My mother was In an auto accident on 07/26. The other driver pulled out infront of her failure to yeild but thank god this time there was a withness to the other driver taking my mother's right away, my mother also could not

Stop so my mother hit the other vehicle. My mother complained to the police about chess pain's & her she was in pain in her arm's.

My mother was sent to the emergency room buy ambulance of course the other driver was not concerned or even cared what they caused, but there was a (WITHNESS) so they could not say it wasn't there fault. The other

Driver saw my mother coming & what I don't get what was the driver thinking, I think the driver did it on purpose because of could they not see my mother coming. But this time there was a withness to the accident.

I am ticked off cause this driver & auto owners is causing us misery & disrupting my mother's life & mine, of course the other driver was not concerned. My, mother went to doctor's for a year around.

Auto owner's would not tell my mother how much there insured was insured for my mom contacted a lawyer today & he said is the law they have to tell how much there insured was insured for, they commited fraud to not give my mother a fair settlement.

Auto owner's settled for $20,000 but this was not enough for the pain & suffering there insured caused & my mother's lost wage's, & for all her medical bill's. My, mother know has to deal with collectors harassing her for money, my mother is know on disabilty cannot work.

The lawyer told my mother that she has a case agaisnt auto owner's even though my mother settled but she still can sue for damanges & for them commiting fraud to keep from, paying a fair settlement this is what ticks me off.

There insured caused all this suffering & missry for my mother & me & yet we are (screwed) again, and have to put up with more abuse from auto owner's for the next 5 year's. My mother should be able to sue for disrupting her life & my life causing her to lose her job, & being disabled & cannot work.

But, @ least I have this website to tell my story so auto owner's will not get away with screwing my mother's life or my life. I am afraid everything is all over & my mother didn't even do nothing but we have to pay the price for auto owner's insured who caused this accident.
