Dirty Floors Lead to Injury

Today around 6:00 to 6:20 my mother got out of the seat and fell because the floor was dirty. My mother fell on the ground and was helped by one person, her daughter. I was shocked to see that the employee saw her on the ground and did not ask to see if she was alright! My mother has a big cut on her arm. She has to go to the hospital because her arm has a serious cut. I was so angry because the assistant manager said there was a Wet Floor sign but there was no wet floor sign in the area that she fell in. My mother was disrespected and felt humiliated. We were enjoying our day but honestly they need to clean right away because my mother got a serious injury!
